Sharp Padel – 7-Day Return Policy

At Sharp Padel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your new racket, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

  • The racket must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Rackets that show any signs of use, damage, or modification.

  • Customised or personalised products.

  • Items returned after the 7-day period.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at sharppadel@gmail.co.uk within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorisation.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–12 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

Damaged, Defective Items, Lost

If your racket arrives damaged or defective, please contact the delivery company directly with photos of the issue.
